Delivery Policy

At Mifica Products (trading as Natures Merchant Ltd), we want your order to reach you as quickly as possible. This Delivery Policy explains how we ship, what couriers we use, and the terms that apply to every delivery within the United Kingdom.

Where we deliver
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland). We do not offer international shipping at this time. If your delivery address falls outside the UK mainland (for example the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, or other remote postcodes), additional transit time may apply and we reserve the right to contact you regarding any extra charges before dispatch.

We work with the UK's leading national courier networks to get your order to you as fast as possible:

The courier used for your order is selected automatically based on parcel size, weight, and delivery destination, in order to give you the fastest available service. We do not guarantee a specific courier for a specific order.
Next day delivery
We aim to dispatch and deliver all UK orders on a next working day basis. Orders placed by 1pm (UK time) Monday to Friday are processed the same day and handed to our courier for next working day delivery. Orders placed after 1pm, or on a weekend or UK bank holiday, are processed the following working day.
While we make every effort to meet our next-day delivery aim, this is a target and not a guaranteed or contractual delivery time. Delivery times are estimates only and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, including but not limited to courier network delays, severe weather, public holidays, high order volumes (for example during sale periods), incorrect or incomplete address details, and circumstances of force majeure. We are not liable for losses caused by delays that are outside our reasonable control.
Shipping costs
We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders delivered within the UK. We reserve the right to introduce delivery charges, minimum order thresholds, or surcharges for certain products, locations, or order sizes in the future, and any such charges will always be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel directly with the relevant courier. Please allow a short period of time after dispatch for tracking information to update on the courier's website.
Failed or attempted deliveries
If you are not available to receive your delivery, our courier partners may leave the parcel in a safe place, with a neighbour, or at a local collection point, in accordance with their own delivery procedures, or they may leave a card with instructions for rearranging delivery or collection. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept delivery, we reserve the right to charge a re-delivery fee or, where re-delivery is not possible, to refund the order minus the original delivery cost and any return shipping costs incurred.
Signature on delivery
For your security, a signature may be required for orders over £100 in value, or for certain products as determined by our courier partners. By placing an order, you authorise us and our courier partners to obtain a signature on delivery, or to use the courier's standard "safe place" or no-signature delivery procedures where applicable.
Risk and title
Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout. Title to the products remains with us until full payment has been received. If you believe your order has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after the expected delivery date so that we can investigate with the courier.
Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us at info@mifica.com within a reasonable time of receipt, including your order number and photographs of the issue where possible, so that we can arrange a replacement, refund, or other resolution in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Address accuracy
It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including postcode, at checkout. We are not responsible for non-delivery, delay, or additional charges arising from an incorrect, incomplete, or out-of-date address supplied by you. If you need to amend your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible; we will do our best to accommodate the change but cannot guarantee this once an order has been dispatched.
Restricted and regulated items
Some of our products are liquid chemical formulations and may be subject to courier or regulatory restrictions on packaging, labelling, or method of transport. Where applicable, we package and label such items in accordance with applicable transport regulations. We reserve the right to refuse, delay, or modify the delivery method for any order containing restricted items, and to contact you if any such restriction affects your order.
Split shipments and multi-item orders
Orders containing multiple items may occasionally be split across more than one parcel or delivered on different days, depending on stock availability and courier capacity. Where this happens, you will not be charged any additional delivery fee for the split.
Force majeure
We will not be held liable for any failure or delay in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, extreme weather, fire, flood, industrial action, courier network disruption, pandemic, or changes in law or regulation. In such circumstances we will take reasonable steps to keep you informed and to minimise any delay.

We may update this Delivery Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our shipping arrangements, courier partners, or legal requirements. The "last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised. We recommend reviewing this page periodically. Continued use of our website and services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
