Where we ship
We ship within the United Kingdom only. We are not currently able to deliver to addresses outside the UK.
Shipping methods and costs
- Carriers: DPD and Parcelforce.
- Cost: Delivery is free on all UK orders.
- Delivery time: Orders are normally delivered within 1 working day of dispatch.
Processing and order cut-off
- Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day.
- Orders placed after 1pm, at weekends or on UK public holidays are dispatched the next working day.
Tracking
All orders are sent on a tracked service. Tracking details are emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
Restricted items
Some of our products are classified as hazardous for transport and may be subject to carrier restrictions, including delivery to certain remote postcodes. If this affects your order we will contact you directly.
Problems with your delivery
