Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unopened, with any seals intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and put it right.
Exceptions and non-returnable items
For safety reasons we cannot accept the return of opened chemical products, or of hazardous materials and flammable liquids that our carriers are unable to transport. Custom-blended and own-label products made to your specification are also non-returnable. Please get in touch if you have any questions about your specific item. We are also unable to accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
Your right to cancel
If you are a consumer in the UK, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 give you the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. This right is in addition to our 30-day return policy above.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or card company to process and post the refund.
