OVEN-PRO GEL-CAUSTIC is a caustic trade strength oven cleaner designed to give ovens and kitchen apparatus a deep clean and restore them to their original look.

Directions for Use:

1- Spray down the inside of your oven with cold water then heat the oven up to around 70 degrees Celsius.

2- Cover all areas that have ingrained dirt/grease with an even layer of  OVEN-PRO GEL CAUSTIC, for best results use a paintbrush with long bristles.

3- Allow OVEN-PRO to soak into the affected areas for between 30mins to 1hour depending on the degree of contamination.DO NOT APPLY OVEN-PRO GEL TO RUBBER SEALS

4-After soaking remove the layer of OVEN-PRO GEL CAUSTIC with a clean cloth soaked in warm water.

SAFETY: Wear gloves and eye protection.

For a deep oven clean it is best to remove seals prior to application.

Burnt in carbon may need agitated with a scouring pad during cleaning.

OVEN-PRO GEL CAUSTIC is formulated with a unique blend of citrus extracts, surfactants and alkaline chemicals.

For use as a dip tank cleaning medium, 250ml of product should be added to each litre of warm water. Remove heavy soiling before adding the items to the dip tank. Allow the solution to work while agitating every 20mins. Wash off all cleaning solution with clean water before replacing the items back in the oven.

For use in a fryer add 200ml of cleaning fluid per ltr of water. Allow the water to boil in the fryer then drain off. Rinse the fryer with clean water before use.
